Years ago a colleague asked me a simple yet powerful question that flipped a switch in my heart and mind forever.  He asked, "How is it that you're so happy?"

"I'm just a happy person" would have been a stretch. I'd had plenty of my own serious life struggles already so it wasn't that I'd had a super easy life.

In addition to some early hardships, for most of my adolescence I felt socially awkward, constantly searching to find where I fit in and how I could connect like it seemed everyone else could. I shudder to think of all the time I wasted trying to look and act like everyone else.

By the time my friend posed his question, I guess I had started to recognize and accept my real self - with all of her one-of-a-kind attributes (many of which seemed to fall outside the mainstream or "norm"). I started making choices that aligned with my truest self, and that made all the difference. It made me a happier, more effective, and more fulfilled person, too.

I don't really remember how I answered that guy, but I do remember feeling compelled to take action. How many people must be out there struggling to find their joy?

Some call it happiness, others call it confidence, inner peace, passion or realizing your purpose.

I call it alignment, balance, and what suits you.

Whatever you call it, it's about getting clear on who you are and why you're here, and then figuring out how you're going to show up in the world - one aligned and balanced choice at a time.

I help people like you discover your innate strengths, attributes and ideals, and create life alignment and balance from the inside out that nurtures and supports your one-of-a-kind purpose and way of being.

That's what suits you best. It's also the intersection from which your efficacy, purpose and sense of fulfillment flow.
